In order to make a purchase, you must be a member of MusicPower.gr. You will need to register with your personal details. Click on the “REGISTER” link located at the top right of the page and fill in the required fields. Once the registration is complete, you will receive an automated email with your login details for MusicPower.gr.

Go to the login page, select the “forgot my password” link, and enter the email you used during registration. By selecting “send to email,” you will receive your login details via email. If you don’t remember your email, please contact us at 23510-22777 or by sending an email to info@musicpower.gr.

Each email is unique and applies to only one account. Please avoid creating new accounts for the same user. For any changes to your account details, please contact us at 23510-22777 or by sending an email to info@musicpower.gr.

Using a credit card for ONLINE purchases is not the only payment method available at MusicPower.gr. You can choose from one of the following 4 payment methods:

1. By credit card, either ONLINE or at our store.
2. By Cash on Delivery (COD) to the courier employee. The COD fee is €2.00.
3. By bank deposit to our company’s account at Piraeus Bank or Eurobank.
4. In cash at our store.

1. Your card does not have sufficient credit limit. Contact your bank to check your available credit balance.
2. The online credit card billing system does not support installments for your card. Check the list of cards eligible for installments.
3. There was a typo while entering your credit card details. Please enter the information again.
4. The CVC was not entered correctly. The CVC corresponds to the last 3 digits of the number on the back of your credit card.

You can get updates on the status of your order either electronically or by phone.

1. Electronically: Log in to www.musicpower.gr with your personal login details. Select the “account” link and then the “orders” link.
2. By phone: Call us at 23510-22777 or send us an email at info@musicpower.gr, and we will inform you about the status of your order.
