Important Information: According to Law 3842 (Government Gazette 58A / 23.04.2010), we inform you that for retail purchases over €1,500, cash payments are not allowed, either in-store or via Courier cash on delivery. Payment must be made either by credit card, bank transfer, or personal bank check. In the case of payment by bank transfer or personal bank check, the order will be dispatched once the full amount has been received.
Cash on Delivery
Choose to pay for your order to the Courier employee who delivers your order. Cash on delivery is valid only if you select “Courier Delivery” in the “Choose Shipping” field.
In the case of payment via cash on delivery, the customer is charged €5.00, which covers both the cash on delivery and shipping fees for the order.
The cash on delivery option is available only for orders with regular, medium, or large-sized items. Small items, such as picks, strings, tuners, capos, or other small accessories/products, cannot be shipped with cash on delivery due to unprofitable shipping costs.
Refusal of Acceptance: In case of refusal or negligence to accept the order, or any other malicious action from the customer’s side, the Company reserves the right to take legal action to claim damages that may result from the customer’s online or telephone order.
Note: Cash on delivery is not available for orders outside of Greece or for shipments via transport agencies.
In-Store Payment
If you choose to collect your order from our store, you can select between the following two payment methods:
• Cash payment in-store
• Payment by credit card
Note: Your credit card will be charged in-store upon order pickup.
Credit Card Payment
After completing your order, you will be redirected to the secure online environment of the Bank to enter your card details. Fill in your card number, expiration date, type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), the three-digit CVC, expiration date, and the cardholder’s name in order to complete your purchase, as well as any additional authentication required by the Bank’s secure system. For your transaction security, our online store collaborates with the CardLink secure transaction system of Eurobank, ensuring a completely safe environment for your online transactions. For purchases over €350, up to 6 interest-free monthly installments are available.
Most Visa and Mastercard cards are accepted. We also accept prepaid cards from most banks (Piraeus, ALPHA BANK & Eurobank, etc.). Interest-free installments can be made with Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Prepaid cards are not eligible for installment payments. All installments are calculated based on the online price of the product, and the number of installments is determined according to the purchase value as described below:
For purchases of €350 and above:

Note: Receipts/invoices paid by credit card must be issued in the name of the cardholder. Otherwise, order completion/shipment will not be possible.

In the case of a transfer from another bank, the customer bears all interbank fees that may arise to ensure the exact amount of the order is paid. Transfers from other banks may be subject to a value date, and the completion of the transfer to our company account may be delayed. In such cases, our company is not responsible for any delays in the shipment of products until the transfer is completed. If you wish to transfer money from a different bank, please call us at 23510-22777 during business hours, and we will provide you with our IBAN number.
In this case, your order will be processed once the funds have been deposited into one of the above bank accounts of our company. To expedite the process, please send us an email at info@musicpower.gr with a copy of the bank receipt, or call us to confirm the deposit at 23510-22777 during business hours. Please also note your order number on the bank receipt.
Paypal
After completing your order, you will be redirected to the secure online environment of Paypal to enter your details. Log into your Paypal account by entering your username and password, along with any additional authentication required, in order to complete your purchase and payment through Paypal’s secure system, which ensures a completely safe environment for your online transactions.
