Delivery via Courier (ELTA Courier or SPEEDEX Courier)
Choose “Courier Delivery” to receive your order within one to three business days at your location (this is the estimated delivery time under normal conditions and may vary depending on the delivery location). All orders placed daily before 13:00 are processed the same day. If the order is placed after 13:00, it will be considered as the next day’s order.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing the tracking number (voucher) with which your order was processed. By entering this number into the corresponding field on the courier’s website, you can view detailed information about the progress of your order.

The above excludes public holidays and cases of force majeure such as weather conditions, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.
The “Courier Delivery” method does not apply to classical – electric pianos, drum sets (electronic or acoustic), or any orders that exceed the volumetric limits.
Refusal of Acceptance: In case of refusal or neglect to accept the order, or any other malicious act on the part of the customer, the Company reserves the right to take legal action to claim damages that may have arisen as a result of the customer’s online or telephone order.
Via Transport Agency
Your order will be sent through one of the transport agencies our company collaborates with. After your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with the contact details of the transport agency. In this case, you will bear the shipping costs via the transport agency of your choice within Greece.
In this case, your order will be processed after the funds have been deposited into our bank account. To expedite the process, please send us an email at info@musicpower.gr with a copy of the bank receipt, or call us to confirm the deposit at 23510-22777 during business hours. Please also note your order number on the bank receipt.
Pickup from Store
You can collect your order from our company’s headquarters at Terzopoulou 41, Katerini, Postal Code 60100, without any shipping charges, during store hours.
