Modification of These Terms
The company Karapanos & Co. with Unique Commercial Registered Number 52697448000 reserves the right to modify or update the terms and conditions of transactions.
Record Keeping
Please be informed that under Law 2472/97, we maintain your commercial personal data in our records, and you have access to it in accordance with the law.
Protection of Personal Data
The personal information you provide during your registration as a member is used exclusively by Karapanos & Co. for the execution of your orders. No unauthorized parties have access to this information. Additionally, your connection to our online store is secured via encryption (128 bit), ensuring that all your data (personal and credit card details) is protected during transmission to our company.
*To provide the best possible service quality to consumers, our company uses the Skroutz Analytics service. This service shares anonymous usage statistics with Skroutz.gr, and the data collected through this service is covered by the privacy policy of Skroutz.gr, which can be found at https://www.skroutz.gr/privacy.
Product Availability
MusicPower.gr is online with an advanced IT system to ensure that products are immediately updated with actual stock levels.
Order Cancellation
You can cancel your order until the time of its execution, either by phone (23510-22777) or by email (info@musicpower.gr), providing the order number and cancellation number. If the order has already been dispatched and you wish to cancel it, you will be charged for the shipping (both to and from you) and the products will be returned to the company. Returned products must be in perfect condition and in their original packaging as shipped. No returns are accepted for books and wind instruments.
Product Returns
Customers have the right to request a withdrawal and return of the product purchased through our online store within fourteen(14) days from the date of receipt. From the date of the withdrawal request, the product must be returned to the company within fourteen(14) days, with the return shipping costs borne by the customer. If the customer has requested an invoice, they automatically lose the right of withdrawal.
Returned products must be in perfect condition, with no visible signs of use or mistreatment, and must include the original packaging and all accompanying materials.
*Exceptions to the right of withdrawal include:
Sealed audio recordings, sealed video documents, or sealed computer software that have been unsealed after delivery.
Digital content not contained on a physical medium, if execution started with the consumer’s prior express consent and acknowledgment of losing the right of withdrawal.
Products ordered and customized/manufactured according to consumer specifications or clearly personalized.
Wind instruments and books.
If the customer has requested an invoice, they automatically lose the right of withdrawal.
Refunds
According to Law 2251/1994 Article 3 Paragraph 4 concerning distance purchases (online), refunds will be processed within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt of the withdrawal request, provided the product has been returned. Our company will refund the purchase amount after receiving the product in our warehouse and verifying that it is in perfect condition, with no visible signs of use or mistreatment, and with the original packaging and all accompanying materials.
For refunds:
If payment was made by credit card, the refund will be processed immediately* by us, and the funds will be credited to your card within 3-5 business days, depending on your card issuer.
If payment was made in cash at our store, the refund will be issued* upon return of the products.
If payment was made by cash on delivery, the refund will be issued* within 14 business days.
*Refunds are issued after the returned products have been inspected by our company’s staff. Returned products must be in perfect condition, with no visible signs of use or mistreatment, and with the original packaging and all accompanying materials.
Order Shipping Time
The time required to process your order is three (3) business days, provided the products ordered are in stock. Delivery time varies depending on the shipping/collection method you have chosen and the destination.

Karapanos & Co. is not responsible for the photos used on our website. Product images on the website are provided by the respective manufacturers and are indicative. There may be variations in shade and color. Additionally, factors such as shading, your screen, and the resolution used, as well as lighting conditions, may affect how a product appears on your screen.
The transportation of goods is the customer’s responsibility.
REPAIR TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Product repairs will be carried out according to the customer’s description of the issue.
Product return is only possible with the presentation of the receipt or ID matching the information provided earlier.
Customers will be notified of the repair cost only if it exceeds €80.
If the repair cost is deemed uneconomical by the customer, they must pay the minimum labor charge according to the company’s current price list.
If it is found that the product has no issue, the customer must pay the minimum charge, even if no repair work is needed.
The company reserves the right to request an advance payment for the repair depending on the case.
Repaired or unrepaired products that are not collected by their owners after notification of the repair cost will incur a storage charge of €40 per month from the notification date.
If the product is not collected within three (3) months of notification (as specified in paragraph 11 below), Karapanos & Co. is authorized to recycle or destroy the product at the customer’s expense, and the customer will have no claim against the company.
Transportation to and from the company’s authorized service department is the customer’s responsibility and expense.
Small items, such as Multimedia speakers, headphones, sound cards, remote controls, etc., must be delivered for repair to the central service department of Karapanos & Co. at T. Terzopoulou 41 in Katerini.
Delivery of products for repair implies unconditional acceptance of the above terms.
The customer acknowledges acceptance of the above and agrees that any communication regarding service provision by the company’s service department concerning the repair of the products mentioned in this document may be done by simple or registered letter, as well as by message or fax, to the address (postal or electronic) and phone number provided above.
Acceptance of the repair terms by the customer, or by fax, or email will be required for the repair of the products, along with an advance payment of the minimum charge, which is applicable.
Payments and Shipments
Payment Options:
Cash on Delivery (COD)
You can choose to pay for your order upon delivery to the Courier employee. This payment method is only available if you select “Courier Delivery” in the “Choose Delivery” field.
For COD, the customer is charged an additional fee of €5.00, which covers the COD service and the shipping costs for the order.
Important: COD is only available for orders with Regular, Medium, or Large volume measurement. Small parcels such as picks, strings, tuners, capos, or other small accessories are not eligible for COD due to the high shipping costs.
Refusal of Delivery:
In the event of refusal, neglect, or similar malicious actions by the customer, the Company reserves the right to pursue legal action to claim damages that may result from the customer’s online or telephone order.
Note: COD is not available for orders outside of Greece or for shipments via Freight Transport Agencies.
In-Store Payment
If you choose to pick up your order from our store, you can choose between two payment methods:
Cash payment in-store.
Payment by credit card in-store.
Note: Credit card charges will be processed in-store upon receipt of your order.
Credit Card
After completing your order, you will be redirected to the secure online environment of the Bank for entering your card details. Please provide the card number, expiration date, type (Visa, Mastercard, etc.), the three-digit CVC code, expiration date, and the cardholder’s name to complete your purchase. The secure CardLink transaction system of Eurobank ensures a completely secure environment for your online transactions.
For purchases over €350, you can opt for up to 6 interest-free installments.
Most Visa and Mastercard credit cards are accepted, including prepaid cards from major banks (Piraeus, ALPHA BANK, Eurobank, etc.). Interest-free installments are available only with Visa and Mastercard credit cards. Prepaid cards cannot be used for installment payments. All installments are calculated based on the online price of the product, with the number of installments determined by the purchase value as follows:
€350 and above: up to 6 interest-free installments.
Note: Receipts/invoices for credit card payments will be issued in the name of the cardholder. Otherwise, the order cannot be processed or shipped.
Bank Transfer
Choose to pay for your order via direct bank transfer to one of the following company accounts:

If transferring from another bank, the customer is responsible for any interbank fees that may apply to ensure the exact order amount is credited. Transfers from other banks are subject to value dates, and the transfer to our company account may be delayed. In this case, our company is not responsible for any delays in shipping the products until the funds have cleared in our account. If you wish to transfer funds from a different bank, please contact us by phone at 23510-22777 during business hours to obtain our IBAN.
Your order will be processed once the payment has been completed in one of the above accounts. To expedite the process, please send us a copy of the deposit receipt via email at info@musicpower.gr, or call us to confirm the deposit at 23510-22777 during business hours. Please also note the order number on the deposit receipt.
Paypal
After completing your order, you will be redirected to the secure Paypal environment to enter your details. Log in to your Paypal account by entering your Username and Password, as well as any other required authentication, to complete your purchase and payment through Paypal’s secure system, which ensures a completely secure environment for your online transactions.
Shipping Options:
Courier Delivery (ELTA Courier or SPEEDEX Courier)
Select Courier Delivery to receive your order at your location within one to three business days (this is an estimated delivery time under normal conditions and may vary depending on the delivery location). All orders placed by 13:00 daily are processed on the same day. If the order is placed after 13:00, it is considered as the next day’s order.
After your order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email that includes a tracking number (voucher) for your shipment. By entering this number on the courier’s website, you can track the detailed progress of your order.

Exclusions: The above delivery times do not apply on public holidays or in cases of force majeure, such as severe weather, natural disasters, pandemics, etc.
Items excluded from Courier Delivery: Classical and electric pianos, drum sets (both electronic and acoustic), and any orders exceeding volume limits.
Refusal of Delivery:
In the event of refusal to receive the order, neglect to collect the order, or any similar malicious action by the customer, the Company reserves the right to take legal action to claim any damages that may result from the customer’s online or telephone order.
Freight Transport Agency
Your order will be shipped via one of the transport agencies partnered with our company. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email notification with the contact details of the agency. You will be responsible for the shipping costs to any location in Greece via the agency of your choice.
In this case, your order will be processed after the payment has been completed in our bank account. To expedite the process, please send us a copy of the deposit receipt via email at info@musicpower.gr or call us to confirm the deposit at 23510-22777 during business hours. Please also note the order number on the deposit receipt.
In-Store Pickup
You can pick up your order from our company’s headquarters at 41 Terzopoulou Street, Katerini, Postal Code 60100, during store hours, with no shipping charges.
